Meet Dr. Bria Stark OTR/L, OTD, PCES, CSOT

Hi, I’m Dr. Bria—an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor therapy, where I help individuals restore function, confidence, and quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care.

My journey into this specialty began during my undergraduate years, when I knew I wanted a career rooted in purpose. I’ve since built a practice that blends advocacy, creativity, and whole-person care—supporting clients through often-overlooked and deeply personal challenges with compassion and clinical expertise.

Originally from the Rockford, Illinois area (yes, I still love my cheese curds and deep dish), I went on to earn my doctorate in Ohio before planting roots in beautiful North Carolina.

Outside the clinic, I’m a travel-loving bookworm who thrives on a good balance of wellness and adventure—think cold plunges, sauna sessions, cozy coffee dates, and nature walks with my husband. At home, you’ll find me curled up with my three cats (fully embracing my cat lady era).
